In the app: Ask SoleTax
The fastest route. Open Account and tap Ask SoleTax. It can answer questions about your own records ("how much did I spend on materials in May?"), explain what the app is showing you, walk you through any feature, and file a bug report or a missed-trip report straight to us with the diagnostics attached.

Common questions
The FAQ on the home page covers Making Tax Digital, pricing, and what happens to your data. Your records can always be exported from Account → Export my data, and your account can be deleted permanently from Account → Delete my account.
